Jim Pierson, Principal has over 22 years of experience in capital advisory services including mortgage banking, mortgage brokerage and direct mortgage lending. His experience includes business development, extensive negotiating and underwriting of multifamily, office, retail and industrial loans. Jim graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1989 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and moved to Phoenix in 1990. Jim and his wife Karrie reside in Phoenix and have three beautiful children.

Matt Manor, Vice President focuses on financial analysis and business development of commercial real estate capital solutions including debt, equity, structured finance and loan modification services. Matt previously was the Arizona Manager for Chase Merritt Real Estate Investment Company in Newport Beach, Calif., directing the analysis, acquisitions and rehab of residential investments. He holds an Arizona Real Estate License. An Arizona native, Matt attended Brophy College Preparatory and earned an undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University. He is an active member of Executive Council Charities / EC 70.

Keaton Merrell, Principal has over 13 years of experience in Capital Advisory Services including mortgage banking, mortgage brokerage and direct mortgage lending. His experience includes business development and extensive negotiating and underwriting of commercial and multifamily loans. Keaton moved to Arizona in 1984 to attend Arizona State University where he graduated in 1988 with a degree in Business Finance. Keaton in active in the community both through industry associations and civic causes.
